De MSP430AFE2x3-apparaten zijn microcontrollers met een zeer laag vermogen voor gemengd signaal die drie onafhankelijke 24-bits sigma-delta ADC's, een 16-bits timer, een 16-bits hardware multiplier,USART-communicatie-interface, watchdog timer, en 11 I/O pins.
De MSP430AFE2x2-apparaten zijn identiek aan de MSP430AFE2x3, behalve dat er slechts twee 24-bits sigma-delta ADC's zijn geïntegreerd.
De MSP430AFE2x1-apparaten zijn identiek aan de MSP430AFE2x3, behalve dat er slechts één 24-bit sigma-delta ADC is geïntegreerd.
De TI MSP-familie van ultra-low-power microcontrollers bestaat uit meerdere apparaten met verschillende sets randapparatuur voor verschillende toepassingen.in combinatie met vijf lage-vermogen modiHet apparaat beschikt over een krachtige 16-bits RISC CPU, 16-bits registers, en een extra batterij.en constante generatoren die bijdragen aan maximale code-efficiëntie.
