AT45DB641E beschrijving:

AT45DB641E is een 1.7V-minimum, Flashgeheugen van de periodiek-interface een opeenvolgend toegang ideaal gezien geschikt voor een grote verscheidenheid van digitale stem, een beeld, een programmacode, en de toepassingen van de gegevensopslag. AT45DB641E steunt ook de Stroomversnelling periodieke interface voor toepassingen die zeer hoge snelheidsverrichting vereisen. Zijn 69.206.016 beetjes van geheugen worden georganiseerd als 32.768 pagina's van 256 bytes of 264 bytes elk. Naast het belangrijkste geheugen, bevat AT45DB641E ook twee SRAM-buffers van 256/264 bytes elk. Het doorschieten tussen beide buffers kan de capaciteit van een systeem dramatisch verhogen om een ononderbroken gegevensstroom te schrijven. Bovendien kunnen de SRAM-buffers als extra geheugen van de systeemblocnote worden gebruikt, en E2PROM-de wedijver (beetje of byteveranderbaarheid) kan gemakkelijk met in drie stappen met alle accomodatie worden behandeld belezen-wijzigen-schrijft verrichting. In tegenstelling tot conventionele Flashgeheugens die willekeurig met veelvoudige adreslijnen en een parallelle interface worden betreden, gebruikt DataFlash® een periodieke interface om tot zijn gegevens opeenvolgend toegang te hebben. De eenvoudige opeenvolgende toegang vermindert dramatisch actieve speldtelling, vergemakkelijkt vereenvoudigde hardwarelay-out, verhoogt systeembetrouwbaarheid, minimaliseert omschakelingslawaai, en vermindert pakketgrootte. Het apparaat wordt geoptimaliseerd voor gebruik in vele commerciële en industriële toepassingen waar high-density, zwakstroom, en low-power laag-speldtelling, essentieel is. Om voor eenvoudige in-systeem re-programmability toe te staan, vereist AT45DB641E geen hoge inputvoltages voor programmering. Het apparaat werkt van één enkele 1.7V aan 3.6V-voeding want en programma wis en verrichtingen lees. AT45DB641E wordt toegelaten door de Chip Select-speld (Cs) en via een 3 draadinterface die uit de Periodieke Input (Si) bestaan, Periodieke Output (ZO), en de Periodieke Klok betreden
