Eigenschappen:
‚ABT16373A is transparante D-Type klinken met 16 bits met 3 die output van de staat specifiek voor het drijven van hoogst capacitieve of vrij low-impedance ladingen wordt ontworpen. Zij zijn bijzonder geschikt om bufferregisters, I/O havens, tweerichtingsbuschauffeurs uit te voeren, en registers te werken.
Deze apparaten kunnen als twee klinken met 8 bits of één klink met 16 bits worden gebruikt. Wanneer (le) ingevoerd hoog is klink-toelaat, volgt de q-output de gegevens(d) input. Wanneer le genomen laag is, is de q-output gesloten bij de niveausopstelling bij de input van D.
Als buffer opgetreden voor output-laat (OE) ingevoerd kan worden gebruikt om de acht output in of een normale logicastaat (hoge of lage logicaniveaus) of een hoog-impedantiestaat te plaatsen toe. In de hoog-impedantiestaat, beduidend drijft de output noch lading noch de buslijnen. De hoog-impedantiestaat en de verhoogde aandrijving verstrekken het vermogen om buslijnen zonder behoefte aan interface of pullup componenten te drijven.
OE beïnvloedt geen interne verrichtingen van de klink. De oude gegevens kunnen worden behouden of de nieuwe gegevens kunnen zijn ingegaan terwijl de output in de hoog-impedantiestaat is.
Wanneer VCC tussen 0 en 2,1 V is, is het apparaat omhoog in de hoog-impedantiestaat tijdens macht of macht neer. Nochtans, om de hoog-impedantiestaat boven 2,1 V te verzekeren, zou OE aan VCC door een pullupweerstand moeten worden gebonden; de minimumwaarde van de weerstand wordt bepaald door het huidig-daalt vermogen van de bestuurder.
